The room we were given did not meet the description of the room we booked. We were under the impression we had booked a large studio apartment as the room description stated 64m² studio with washing machine, living area, ceiling fans etc. We were put in a tiny hotel room about 15m². We arrived after hours and when we showed reception the following morning they were apologetic, but unable to move us as they were fully booked. We had prepaid so we were stuck in the shoebox room for the remaining 3 nights. Very disappointing experience.

On our arrival we found the staff most courteous and helpful The position of our room overtaking the pool area was more than pleasant We found the room comfortable but the quality and standard of the bath towels was disappointing The hot water did not maintain its heat when showering

Good location, clean rooms but room was overlooking road works (working at night) and main road… noise kept up awake and woke us up.. asked if we could be moved and were told they’d get back to us .. but didn’t. We have stayed several times before and did request several times for a room NOT FACEING ROAD. Also spa was out.. no mention of this on website. Very disappointed and won’t be back

Reception staff were helpful and courteous at all times. Room was spotless and contained all essential amenities. Parking is a bit hit or miss as most parking spaces are taken up by private owners, although parking could always be found. Stayed there many times before and have always been happy.

Lovely place to stay with our Toddler. Great pool and BBQ area. Across the road from Pacific Fair and 2 blocks from beach and parks other direction. Cute cafés nearby. Spacious rooms with everything we needed for our stay. Thank you!

Room was terrible, so outdated and old. No air-conditioning in the bedroom only a fan. The curtains in the bedroom didn't even touch the floor so in the mornings was very light and bright and hot!. The step into the bath , where the shower is, is very high and definitely not suited to elderly or if u had a bad back. The kitchen is very outdated and old. The whole room needs a paint and upgrade. Construction works woke us every morning at 6.30 so it was not a restful peaceful stay at all.

Spa and sauna out of order for duration of stay. This was not communicated as an issue. When you pay good money you expect all facilities to be functioning and accessible, was looking forward to relaxing and using spa and sauna. Should be upfront that facilities are not operating prior to asking full rates. It’s just not cricket!
