Le cadre est un peu vieux mais très agréable et très bien situé. Le personnel est très accueillant et à fait de gros efforts pour faciliter nos,échanges cela a été très apprécié, seul petit bémol une seule,climatisation pour l’appartement mais palier avec les ventilateurs. Nous recommandons ce lieu.

Publié le 27 oct. 2014 sur HotelsSecond séjour, le troisième se fera encore au même endroit. Le lieu est propre et agréable, les appartements sont bien insonorisés. Nous sommes à proximité des parcs et des centres commerciaux et les gérants sont d'une gentillesse. C'est un lieu adapté aux enfants. Merci ce fut un excellent séjour.

Un cadre trés calme, les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié la piscine et le parc à proximité. L'accueil très bien avec des gens très serviables et très disposés malgré la barrière de la langue. Pour notre prochain séjour c'est décidé nous y retournerons.

The apartment was dated, particularly the bathroom fixtures which desperately needed to be replaced. The carpet felt dirty, and the mattress was very uncomfortable. The pool area was lovely. The amount of stairs to get to the property and within the apartment were tedious. The internal staircase to get to the main bedroom are quite steep which provided a safety concern with young kids.

Thank you for your review Karen, we have forwarded your concerns to the owner of the unit regarding updating her unit. Unfortunately we cannot do much about the stairs, and as such we do advertise we are full stair walk up building with all 3 bedroom apartments located on the top floor.

Self-contained 2-bedroom apartment unit, with designated car parking space in under-ground car park. Nice pool area for guests to enjoy. Situated across the road from Len Fox Park in Labrador - nice evening walk along the water front. The property charges extra for additional coffee/tea/toilet paper/shampoo&conditioner, etc. Also specific instruction given to guests to clean the rubbish and wash the dishes before check-in out.
