This fabulous two bedroom two bathroom apartment is located on the 17th floor, so you will enjoy sweeping ocean views as you relax in your bright and spacious lounge!

This home is equipped with a device that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, temperature, and motion) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed.

Located only a short walk away from patrolled Burleigh Beach and plenty or renowned Cafes and Restaurants, this is an ideal holiday destination for you and the whole family.

Resort features one heated indoor and one outdoor pool, tennis court, sauna, spa and BBQ area, all free to use for 2nd Avenue Apartment guests!

Please be advised you may experience noise works during your stay due to external construction works starting nearby on the Gold Coast Light Rail and buildings being built nearby.

Things to think about

The property was lovely. However, the building works are quit disruptive. The entrance was constantly disrupted. The noise from the works was constant, and on the Saturday they started at 6:45am! Due to this noise you’re unable to use the outdoor pool or balcony as the noise was relentless making this space unable to be enjoyed as relax in. Our apartment was nice however the spa was unable to be used due to it needing maintenance. We had 3 adults and the lounge area really only seated 2 people comfortably. There were other chairs however were not that comfortable for the lounge space. The view was incredible and just beautiful to wake up and watch the sunrise and watch the sunset.

3 night getaway

My husband and I loved apartment 17 B Second Avenue Apartment. The view was spectacular, you could lay in bed and watch the most amazing sunrises. Perfect place to stay, great location. Saw lots of whales in the distance. Take your binoculars. We will be back 😊

Great view

A very nice apartment with a fabulous views out to sea and down to Burleigh Heads. Nicely appointed with everything we needed supplied. Big Tv although the one in the bedroom is broken. Some ground work being done outside but didn’t intrude much but may in the future. Close to shops and restaurants.
