This high end property is simply amazing. Understated elegance encapturing a "wabi-sabi" design. Beautifully private/hotel like feeling with 3 metre high ceilings.

It has a custom built hardwood entertainment centre lounge room including 82inch tv and sound bar. There's a dedicated office and incredible kitchen with high end appliances and butlers pantry. These are located on the ground floor. All 7 bedrooms are located on the top floor.

There is a second living area upstairs also with a massive Samsung tv.
The Master wing is unbelievably massive! It has a rooftop terrace, a king bed, amazing ensuite, its own sitting area and a huge walk in robe.

Bedroom 5 is like a granny flat, with its own kitchen and sitting and dining area with tv. Private entry to the garage and has a King bed and ensuite.
6th Bedroom and 7th Bedroom share and ensuite and have a double bed in each.
There's a half basketball court, 25metre pool, fire pit and also a "man cave" at the rear of the property with a toilet. The space is beautifully framed by a A real view double flamed fire place.
Undercover parking for 3 cars, plus 2 guest car parking bays plus off street parking.

Guests have access to the whole house with the exception of a few locked cupboards.

- We require all guest to inform us ahead of time for any special request e.g cot, high chair, baby gear etc. These are subject to availability and needs to be requested in advance or you may contact the local baby hire places if items aren't available. No last minute request.

Set in a quiet rural suburb of Mudgeeraba with a large area of land but still only 15 minutes to the centre of Gold coast. 20 minutes to the beach and 5 minutes to the best shopping on the Gold coast Robina Town centre. 20 minutes to theme parks.

It is advisable to have a car to get around the area. The Gold Coast is well on the way to calling itself Australia's adventure capital with no end of thrill-seeking activities available - think jet-boating, jet-skiing, off-road 4WD adventure drives, zorbing, surfing lessons, bungy jumping, tiger moth joy rides, helicopter tours, go-karting, Harley Davidson jaunts, WRX rally car racing, scuba diving, deep sea fishing, hot air ballooning,

The Gold Coast's population is increasing at the rate of knots - and with it, its sporting power. A day at the footy, or rugby, or basketball, or local ironman contest is a great way to keep the whole family entertained. The Titans, in the NRL, and the Suns in the AFL, both turned two in their respective codes this season.

Discover the Hinterland
The Hinterland often gets forgotten in the glitz and glam of the Gold Coast. But up in the hills, the Coast can actually be very charming. Along the usual winery trails, there's also homemade cheeses, fudge and local brews and liquors to be sampled. Go during the weekend and snap up some local produce at a Farmers' Market, as well as some arts and craft. For the more adventurous, you can tackle one of the many rainforest walks available on Tamborine Mountain, or head down to NSW and Mt Warning. They don't call it that for nothing - you'll have to pull yourself up via a chain for the last few metres.

Visit one of Australia's Best Surf clubs North Cliff. This is a 20 minute dive .
Whether you get along for a meal or a couple of beers with some mates, surf clubs are a favourite with locals and dish up well-priced meals in comfortable surrounds. The walls of most clubs are lined with photos of lifesavers in budgie smugglers giving a good insight into the history of the club and its members. A family-friendly dinner option and a great place for a session before you hit the clubs in Surfers.

"Things You Need to Know Before You Book"
- We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
- We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back). This is separate from Airbnb identity verification.
- We also require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info
- For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
