Nous avons déjà séjourné dans cette hôtel il y a 2 ans.
C’était une formidable expérience de pénétrer dans l’univers Versace.
Nous avons voulu renouveler l’expérience cette année.
La magie de l’endroit est toujours présente et son emplacement toujours top mais malheureusement l’hôtel est vieillissant et mal entretenu dans tous les secteurs. C’est dommage car c’était de loin le plus bel hôtel de la Gold Coast.
Le séjour reste agréable tout de même.
Attention aux bruits incessants des 2 héliports situé non loin de l’hôtel. A la piscine impossible de dormir. C’est un hélicoptère qui décolle toutes les 5 minutes. Du jamais vu !
Dommage encore....

Property needs a lot of maintenance and care. Limited F&B options. King bed terrible. Two beds put together but one bed was lower than the other and on a slant not a great sleep.

This was an amazing experience from the entrance of this spectacular hotel and from the incredible food!
The staff were very friendly and gave myself and my wife a great feel and energy .
Keep up the good work
Also forgot to mention the early check-in
With out any dramas .
Our room wasnt ready but the man in concierge said ill give you the room next door .
What a champion.

On the whole had a great couple of days. Ran out of pool towels on two occasions. Plus layer's of dust in lobby on table legs! But hey if that's all i have to complain about, then I would say definitely go back.

Great property for a romantic getaway. Only negative is parking. We have to drive around twice in the evening to get a park. Maybe because there was a function on. But just be aware. We got a free upgrade to a suite which was excellent.
