Great location but left much to be desired

Mixed reviews on this apartment. Location great, apartment modern. Parking very convoluted to get in and out of, toilet under rim was FILTHY, dishwasher was Broken, lots of stains on carpets, and room Smelt of smoke. I also found communication difficult with the booking agent, but was fine once I could Get hold of him. He didn’t respond about broken dishwasher at all. The price we paid was good and non refundable despite trying for several Days for a refund with no response from Hotel to The hotels.com staff (they were great). One positive was that the apartment unexpectedly had an obstructed view of the ocean from The bedroom And balcony. No free Wifi was also not Great.

The apartment was nice and clean. But desperately needed WiFi. It’s a must and we were surprised to find it had none. Also no FOXTEL. Could do with leaving a small amount of washing powder and dishwasher tablets too.
