We always enjoy our stay at SeaWorld resort. It's in a great location with comfortable, clean rooms and convenient access to the sealife park. Great views across the Broadwater. Food options at the resort are not bad and you work out what's overpriced and what's reasonable to order. Will definitely stay here again.

It was a great stay but would of been great if every room had a microwave to allow us to heat up food for a baby as well as a sink instead of having tobuse the shower to fill up the kettle with water if we were wanting drinking water for our baby or for teas and coffee within the room. This are just basic essentials that most cheaper hotel rooms provided and given i paid for a premium king room would think these would just be basic essential items for the price paid.

there was cockroachws in the room and no disability pparking as cars without parking pirmits where pparked in them and the staff didn't do anything about it

Overall we absolutely loved our stay. Wonderful staff great rooms. Only pain was the parking. We had to park all the way down the street.

Check in very helpful. Could not get interconnecting room but was able to get rooms adjacent to each other which was a bonus. Ground floor near the pool was great for family

Being overcharged for dinner and reception staff not being able to fix it was very frustrating, I did not have time to wait for them to check dockets etc, my word not being trusted and the error being fixed immediately is not satisfactory, I hope they enjoy the $27 I was overcharged for their subpar buffet dinner that nothing that was supposed to be served hot came even close to an edible temperature. If staff are manning the reception desk, regardless of the time of day, they should know what they are doing.
