Mais l’appartement mais un peu cher

Bel établissement bien situé mais ne convient absolument pas lorsque vous louez une voiture car aucune place de parking disponible dans l’hôtel et aux alentours. Très difficile de se garer… c’est très contraignant.

The hotel is easy to get to from the airport as the tram stop is very close. This also makes it easy to get around.

Property was quite dirty. Requested on several occasions for a fitted sheet to make 2 single beds a double bed but was denied on several occasions. Thought it was quite a reasonable request.
Staff were rude and unhelpful. Wouldn't book again.

I think the check in is difficult and puts the whole o us on the customer to do . At the same time it is confusing as the site lists phone no or email address but it’s a third party email address and it looks like you need both but u don’t . I am 65 and she is berating me because I did not pre check in and phone reception was poor so it was time consuming and frustrating The rooms are great . I asked the receptionist if they have parking . She said it’s around the corner but it’s First in best dressed . What if it’s full “ that’s your problem . I went to check out at

Well priced accomodation and facilities in line with this. The beds were average, no hairdryer or iron, and parking was unreliable ( half as many car parks as units, so parking was multiple block away).

Was nice, all I needed but needs handy man work carried out not only in my room but stand out side in the drop off area and look up. yuk and not long till that becomes a serious problem H&S. Oh I know you can not cater for all but the bed was extremely soft. Thanks heaps for the stay and I had a blast on the GC. Kind Regards Isobel
