Deer Lodge - 2 Bedroom Luxurious Log Cabin in Golden - with Private hot tub

Beautiful log cabins in quiet location with spectacular mountain views under Mount 7. Lodges are set in 68acres , with mountains behind the property as well as a mountain view to the front and only 10 minutes from Golden. Deer Lodge is a 900 sq ft 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom lodge, which sleeps 4 comfortably for your exclusive use. The lodge has spectacular views of the whole property, the mountain ranges, paddocks and horses, sunsets and stars. There is a private hot tub and gas grill on the covered deck where you can enjoy the spectacular mountain view. Deer Lodge is the perfect place to spend your honeymoon or anniversary, making memories to,last a lifetime. Deer Lodge has a full kitchens with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and stove. There is a separate dining area and the living area has a cozy infrared fireplace. The lodge comes with wireless internet, HDTV, DVD and a smart TV so,you can sign into,your own streaming choices. The upstairs bedroom has a king bed and the main floor has a Queen bed.
Established in 2006, lots of great testimonials from happy customers and many repeat customers, you can be guaranteed to be wowed with your accommodation, the surroundings and your hosts. A great getaway at anytime of the year.

Kicking Horse is 20 km away. Revelstoke is 90 minutes drive. Lake Louise is 1 hour and Banff is 2 hours.

Stunning views in a wonderful cabin

By far the best stay I have ever had. The cabin is well equipped and wonderfully comfortable, very clean and well cared for. Outside hot tub was great. But the views, tops everything off, the wide open windows open to a view to remember. And it is the same view from the hot tub. Horses run in the field just below adding to the ambiance. I look forward to coming back again.

Perfect Mountain Retreat

What a beautiful cabin! Craftsmanship, comfort & just the right size. Amazing views & location. Perfect for hitting all the fun activities in Golden but also a great alternative to base camp to the national parks! I will highly recommend you to friends & family. I can’t wait to return.

Perfect peaceful cabin in excellent location

Possibly the best place we have stayed in! The cabin is spacious, clean and very peaceful. The hot tub was great and Golden with plenty of good restaurants is only a few minutes away. Golden is small but with loads of activities on offer and only 20 minutes or so from the entrance to Yoho national park. We loved it!

A slice of heaven on earth

The cabin was beautiful and spotless. What a great place to unwind after busy days of sightseeing and hiking. We enjoyed the hot tub and just relaxing on the front porch while watching the horses in the pasture. The owners were very responsive to any of our needs and went above and beyond our expectations. Family Recharge

My family and I are what most would consider a very BUSY group. Between busy careers, kids school commitments and non stop extracurricular sports activities we are a family on the run! This property fit all of our needs for a nice and quiet family get away. The cabin couldn't have fit our needs better and we made the most amazing memories together in what I can only describe as paradise for the mind. Jo was super helpful through the whole process and the cabin and grounds were impeccably kept. We are already talking about when we can go back again in the near future. I highly recommend this cabin for a young family or even couple looking to re-connect with nature and a much slower pace for a few days! Thanks for having us Jo!

Canadian Rockies 2024

We loved the location for visiting Kootenay and Yoho National parks. The view from the deck was beautiful, especially our first sunset. The house was perfect for two couples. Everything worked as expected and it was equipped sufficiently for the 4 of us. I would stay there again if we were in the area. Jo was very responsive to our questions. We used her laundry service since our unit did not have a washer and dryer. The house did not have Air Conditioning, but it was not an issue during the cool temperatures we had.

Cant reccomend this place more! Such a clean beautiful place. The views are amazing and the host was so kind. The dog on property was so social and greeted us when we arrived. Hottub was amazing and crystal clear i will definitely be back!

Chalet is top notch, location is amazing backing crown land. Super dog friendly which is hard to find. Fun to hangout in the hotub watching the horses and amazing view. One of our favorite vaca rental of all time.

Wonderful stay in Gloden!

Cabin is cozy, clean and well appointed. Everything you need for your stay in Golden. Out of the way, but an easy drive from the main road. Loved the hot tub and feeding the horses each morning. Centrally located between multiple national parks, but with the small town of Golden nearby, instead of touristy Banff. Jo was a wonderful host. Highly recommend!
