The room was very small (corner/adjoining). It was clean, but they have very old, wooden furniture that would feel SO MUCH nicer if they replaced it with even inexpensive, more modern pieces. It made it feel pretty dingy. Staff was friendly.

Very friendly front desk staff. Stayed on the way to a rafting trip to Oregon. I was pleasantly surprised to find the pool onsite. There’s a nearby Goldendale Observatory that has Night Sky program and afternoon Solar program. Worth checking out if you’re in town.

Check-in was good but room and breakfast was a little short of being good. The room had a bad Oder as soon as you open the door my first words to my wife is what is that smell? They had the ac fan set to 60 degrees. I’m sure to try to mask the smell. The breakfast was ran by one person that couldn’t keep up with the supply and demand. Had no meat products to choose from. Both dishes were empty of scrambled eggs. The biscuits were not completely cooked all the way. So it was basically fruit and packaged danishes with a coffee.

We've stayed at Quality Inn Goldendale many times and it never fails to be excellent. Comfy beds, sheets & pillows. Lots of towels, very spacious rooms and the AC works great. Very nice and attentive staff. They do a very good job at this property. And it's a very good value

Good beds.

Best bed out of sleeping in 6 different places. Definitely older but they are upgrading. Only fast food unless you go into town a couple of miles. We would stay again .

Not so clean with not so good service

Reserved a king suite and got a standard double bed room. Showed them my confirmation but they basically said that I didn’t pay for a king suite even though my confirmation said I did. The room was disgusting the carpet was gross. I got bed bugs I believe from this place I had two bits on my stomach. Oh and the first day I didn’t have tv cause my tv was broke but they had no one to come change it or fix it even though it was only 4pm.

They were updating the lock, I had to use a key and it was kind of hard to figure out. The pool was closed and that is a big part of what I had planned my family vacation around. I guess they were missing a part for the disability pool chair so no one was allowed to use the pool. It was a very big let down. I feel like I should have been compensated in some way since I didn’t get what I paid for.
