Booking was misleading as the room said King. Accessible suite. We had no idea that Accessible meant handicap/wheelchair or disabled Accessible. The room was a large king with one chair. We spent the weekend and was hoping for a room like the double queen we had prior that had a couch and coffee table. We would have changed but our arrival was in the evening and we needed to be up by 4am. But the absolute worst thing was the 10 am- 11 am routine of the cleaning crew "bonk, bonk, bonking" down the hall with the huge laundry/trash cart going in and out to the dumpster or laundry room. We had the misfortune of getting a room right next the the elevators and outside door, so slamming of the door went on till midnight. This room should be reduced rate. Going to bed early was out of the question and sleeping in was impossible. There is little respect for the patrons. No one (who manages/owns the place) is ever at the front desk. On the second day. I did find a young lady at the desk available, an employee. But otherwise, its completely unmanned. We needed help twice, but was only able to call for front desk help once. The only reason we didnt change rooms is because we were checking out the next morning and the bed was actually lovely to sleep on. But for the price, especially when I was asked by front desk to call them directly instead of booking through a broker, I really expected a quieter night's sleep. Because, isnt that the whole reason to rent a bedroom.

Hot scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes. Cold cereal. Waffle. I tried all of them and enjoyed my breakfast each day. Very clean.
