This hotel was great right across from Kitchen Kettle, practically new. Took my family with young kids here. Breakfast was good. I plan to stay here again if visoting this area. 1 hour from Hershey Park.

The room was immaculate and so spacious!! Parking was more than ample! Staff in all areas were pleasant and friendly!! The breakfast was excellent, good variety and plenty of seating. The staff attending the buffet were so friendly and kind! This was my first time traveling alone and I was a little apprehensive, but I felt very safe and secure,especially in the room. Loved that you had digital key, dead bolt and another gizmo which if door was opened, it prevented the door being opened completely!! Loved that on a chilly night you could sit outside next to a gas fire table. Even other guests were so friendly!! I hope you continue to keep up the good work! I will definitely be back again next year!!

when we google hotels near strasburg on expidia give us this hotel that was 2:30 hours away unfortunately noone answer the phone in expedia or the hotel to cancel HORRIBLE experience EXPIDIA poor customer service

The mattress feels hollow. You are expected to bring your own room slippers as the room is hard-floor and big. Either bare-footed or wear your own footwears. No tooth brush and tooth paste provided, tooth paste could be harder than the nail to break open without noticing ant biting half hole on the side. They can be provided upon request. Staff started to spead detergent and sanitizing product while we were swimming in the pool. The water then smells soapy that promted us to exit.

Great hotel

Everything was great! We love the waffles for breakfast and the staff is so friendly. The girls are on top of everything. They’re refilling the food and cleaning up any messes that are made. Wiping the tables as soon as people leave. The room was very clean the only problem was the hot water. Saturday morning the water was luke warm when taking a shower. I told the girl at the front desk and she immediately took care of it. She sent a guy to our room. He checked it out and we decided it was the amount of people taking showers. The same thing happened on Sunday so I spoke to Angie at the front desk. She was great! We stayed in April and everything was great and we will be back again.

This Hampton Inn receives an excellent rating because everything was very clean, the front desk receptionist was so friendly and helpful, and it was so quiet that we wondered if anyone else was staying on our floor.
