For shared use: swimming pool angular (16 x 8 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Private: garden (fenced) with lawn. Hot tub. In the house: air conditioning. Parking on the premises, public parking on the road. Shop, grocery, supermarket, restaurant 200 m, bus stop "Shopping Center Cita" 900 m, sandy beach 500 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: motorway 1 km from the property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
