Perfect hotel location for the main town centre and the bus services for getting around the island.
The hotel room (315) was really spacious and clean, it had clean comfy twin beds and a lovely big bathroom and shower.
There was fridge which was really good for our medication and for our water.
There was a large desk/table and a large wardrobe in the room with 8 fixed hangers, some shelves and a safe that unfortunately didnt work.
My only critism with the room and its a minor one is there was no other storage. I would have liked some hooks, (It rained whilst we visited) and we had no where to hang out wet coats
There was no kettle for our room so we asked for one. We could then have our own tea and coffee in the mornings.
We had a balcony, but the iew was out into a side street and facing another very tall building so we hardly used it. Also it was very slim and high walled. It would not have fitted any seating on it and there wouldnt have fitted, also the air con was very good so not needed.
I saw mosquitos on the net curtains so in warmer weather I wouldnt have wanted it open anyway.
In any future visits I wouldnt book a room with a balcony in Gran Canaria.
The breakfast was not included in our booking. Be we went to the restaurant everyday. There is a really good choice of food, its buffet style, tastes fantastic and really well presented. Although this is €9 per peson. That said it is not cheap to eat in Laspalmas anyway.
