The charming vacation apartment “Studio con Balcón 42” is located in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, and it boasts an excellent location right next to the beach. The 57m2 holiday studio consists of a living room (an additional bed can be placed here upon request), a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom (with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, a washing machine, satellite television and a baby cot (upon request). The holiday home also offers a furnished balcony where guests can start the day with a delicious breakfast while enjoying the views over the sea. Due to its excellent location you will find shops, restaurants, bars and cafes in the immediate vicinity (10-100m, 1 minute walking) and the beautiful Playa de Las Canteras beach is right in front of the building (20m away). Here guests can relax under the sun or take a refreshing dip in the sea. We also recommend you to take your time and stroll around the city centre and discover its beautiful architecture, its museums and its lively streets. The airport of the island can be reached after 26 minutes driving (27.6km).
