"A wonderful chance to discover the cityÂŽs charm and history".
This house is PERFECTLY located, comfortable and clean. Possibly one of the most important things for future renters to know is that VRBO has an agreement with management companies (which it states in the very fine print at the very bottom of the listing, making it easy to miss) in which the management company takes over the reservation, therefore creating an extra step for the traveler. VRBO takes their service fee and the management company takes communication off the VRBO app and charges separately. I found this frustrating as we were already traveling when they contacted me to pay and my payment information was already stored on VRBO.
Having said that, communication with the management company was very good and easy - until we arrived. The regular person who handles communication was out and someone else took over who caused much frustration by contradicting their colleague in what would be available for us at the house and not promptly replying when we ran out of supplies (trash bags took 2 days to receive). Other than that, the other people we interacted with at the agency were very nice. We stayed for 2 weeks so probably someone coming through on a short stay would not face the same frustrations with management. And you really can't beat the location for Granada!
