Tattoo Parlor, barbershop, beautiful pond and mountain scenery located right in the heart of Grand County placing you a short drive to Grand Lake, or Winter Park

This is two units that can be locked off and rented seperately, or in this case, combined. This listing is for the two units combined. We open the lock off door essentially giving you two studio units.
