When we arrived. Workers were smoking Marijuana,front entrance and hallways smelled horrible. Worker proceeded to tell me they would charge us $250 if we smoked in the rooms. I asked him ifbthat included pot that was being smoked in the main entrance, he just smirked at me. Got to the room. Dirty sheets on the bed. Pillows and mattress was all lumpy. We requested a new room and got one which was slighty better. Outside in parking lots,cars parked with 4 flat tires. Very unsafe area. Continetal breakfast, there was no milk for coffee or cereal, creamers were outdated by a week and all sour, sell of Marijuana all over hotel. Outside appearance looks great, inside us a nightmare. Worst hitel ever stayed in!!

Let me begin by apologizing for what seems to be a very poor stay with us. After investigation it appears there are a few misconceptions. We do not allow smoking of any type in our hotel. This policy is stated at entrances and in other places. It is also included on the registration form, as you noticed and pointed out during check in. Unfortunately, we have occasional guests who disobey the rules. In fact, that particular night, two different rooms were charged for non compliance and asked to leave. The worker in question at time of checkin was seen having a conversation in full camera view inside and near the front desk for roughly 30 minutes prior to your checkin. Thank you for bringing all these issues to my attention, I will be sure to address each in order to improve for future guests.

Could have been a little less weedy smelling but otherwise was ok

Thank you for your business. We will continue to remove those found smoking in our hotel. Unfortunately, some choose to not follow the rules, making our job of providing a safe and healthy place to stay much more difficult. I'm sorry one of these people made your stay less enjoyable than it should have been.

This is an average hotel with average amenities. The front desk staff Jay was awesome. He was super friendly and helpful. We come to shop and he was great with directions and suggestions. The breakfast was great, didnt expect waffels.

The property is in good area ,the furniture bathroom needs update .the breakfast was good fresh bread and bagels were individual bags.staff was helpful.

It was an older dated hotel. But is was clean and basic.
