The people were very nice, and so was the hotel itself. We were glad to have a stove, microwave, and a full fridge in the room, including the kitchen sink. We would certainly go here again.

While the check in area and room never appeared “dirty” per se, but the smells…wow - it was so bad we left without unpacking (of course they wouldn’t refund any money!!) The beds are about a foot off the floor and are either extremely worn or are used beds!!! Don’t even get me started on the other unsavory characters staying at this long stay hotel. I would swear they were cooking Meth in there or they were cooking socks.. Hence the smells.

This was a pleasant surprise to walk into our room. I was not expecting such a large room with all the amenities. This would be a good place to stay if you needed an extended stay in Grand Forks.
