Info on Hotels.com said they had a hot tub, which they do not. Might not seem like that big a deal, but when booking for a multi-day athletic tournament, it is. There was a hole in our shower - probably 3" diameter. We could hear EVERYTHING from.the bathroom above us. That being said, the breakfast was fine - had some hot food options. The room was clean and the staff friendly enough.

First the luggage carts all had at least one broken wheel. The TV had a huge horizontal line through the picture and was incredibly fuzzy. The complimentary shampoo, conditioner, lotion etc were all half empty. The bathroom we very dirty, mold in the corner of the tub. No working fan in the bathroom made the whole room humid when I showered (while wearing sandals bc it was gross).Had to kill at least 2 hugs. None of outlets on the lamps worked. I had to move the bed to get to the outlet behind it in order to charge my phone. Being on the 1st floor with the smoking patio outside my window made my whole room smell like cigarette smoke. The carpet felt gritty under my feet. The staff was kind and check in went easy. But the upkeep of the rooms and amenities was severely lacking.
