I will never support this company ever again. Planned a fun girl's trip and as soon as we walked into our room we were hit with a strong Marjuana smell. So bad that one of us were having breathing issues. Requested room change and was denied. Requested to rent another room and was denied. Staff did not accommodate at all and were incredibly rude. Had to move to hotel across the street 2 hours into our stay and they refused to refund, lied saying Expedia has to refund because it's third party. My sister called again to request a refund and they were disrespectful and hung up on her. Shame on you.

Late check in.

The only complaint here was that the parking for the property was full. The back side of the building has parking as well. Although the front desk attendant was notified several times based on her own admission that 2 fill size pick up trucks with trailers were taking up 13 parking spaces close to the entrance nothing was done. It was 23 degrees out that night when we arrived at midnight. After a very brisk walk all the way around the building we did find the hotel to be very nice.
