The hotel was beautiful and the staff was lovely. However. What I will say is I was disappointed with the amount of stuff that wasn't working/available. The pool was closed, which I understand can happen. But the tv in our room was unplugged and both tv remotes batteries were dying. We also went downstairs for breakfast and there was quite literally nowhere to sit, didn't complain and went to eat in our room thinking I could make coffee there. The coffee maker was broken and wouldn't turn on? Then the elevator broke as we needed to leave, walking down 5 flights of stairs with luggage is a task. It seems given the price point and how beautiful it was - more things were broken than not? I was truly disappointed.

Breakfast was acceptable. When we arrived the pool was so cold neither the wife and I would in past our knees. The hot tub was almost burning our skin. The next morning the pool temperature felt great, and hot tub was bearable. I asked them to recaibrate there equipment. Overall, a very nice location. Room was almost fully equiped! Only thing missing was a kettle to boil water.
