Stayed here one night. Advertised on the wydamn website and the expedia website that breakfast would be available. It was not offered and no discount was offered for this false advertising. In addition to that they were doing extensive remodeling which we were not informed about prior to making a nonrefunable reservation theough expedia. Desipte all attempts to resolve this issue via a responsible fashion such as a 10 dollar refund, this was refused. They assume no responsibility for false advertising on their own website or expendia.

This is the only room available. Really?

Renovating the place, I get it. 12 cars in the parking lot at 10:00 PM, not exactly busy, and you have to give me a room next to the elevator motors and pumps. "Nothing else available" he said. Here is my biggest peeve. Whatever cable package they are too cheap to buy consists of 40 channels or so, of which 30 of them are some flavor of home shopping networks. Oh, and if you are going to suspend breakfast because of the construction, how about reflecting that in the price, like knock off $5 or so?

Good afternoon Jeff, After reading your review, I apologize your stay was not as expected. We have a large company staying here that car pool and share rides. I know our parking lot may not look like were full but we are. Your reservation came through on line as a ND1 which is 1 doulble bed, we only have 2 rooms like this that are close to the elevator. Our cable package consist of 90 different channels. We also have a sign when you check in that we cannot have breakfast because of the renovations due to sanitation laws. Again sorry for the inconvience. Have a wonderful evening.

When we got to the door of our room it was open. It was under construction and not offering breakfast as stated in the add. The room was small. The people next to us was smoking mariwana and our room stunk awfully. The floor was dirty.. The only nice person at the was around nine pm. She was great.

Good afternoon Kim, I'm sorry your stay with us was not as expected. We are in the process of remodeling and at that time we cannot put our breakfast out because of sanitation reasons. The flooring in the halls we are getting ready to put new carpeting down. I will also let Nita at the front desk know what a wonderful job she is doing. Again my apologies. Happy Holidays

The room itself was decent. The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. The smoke alarm did not appear to be functional as it was hanging from the ceiling. The bathroom was outdated, but clean enough. The entire 3rd floor smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and marijuana. The room door was very difficult to close, and would not close fully if you did not pay very close attention.

Hotel needs repair. Holes in wall, cracked sink, dirty carpet, overall felt unclean.
