The staff was rude, room smelled like smoke, the lock latch was broken, the toilet was leaking and breakfast wasn’t served at 4:00 like advertised, they wouldn’t even let me get juice when we left at 4:30. I booked them specifically so I could get an early start without having to buy breakfast.

We have family in the area and was so happy when this motel came to town. In the years visiting it has consistantly went down hill. The first room we were given had a smell so bad we had to ask for another room. The second room had a heavy drip in the bathroom, the refrigerator leaked onto the floor of the room and ants were crawling all around the air unit

Do not let the high rating fool you!

Not sure why this hotel has a 8.4 rating. The room we stayed in had black mold on the ceiling and tub faucet leaked all night. The whole town is like an episode of the x-files. Didnt feel safe the entire night we were there.

The room felt damp from the air conditioner being left on from previous use and condensation forming on most surfaces. It smelled of mildew. The women that checked us in was very kind and inviting. She is the only reason I didn’t leave a 1 star
