The no sleep inn. The noise from the freeway and the gas station were non stop all night. The rooms are clean and the pool and spa were lovely. It’s great for families and there are laundry facilities on each floor. The reason we chose this hotel was because of the excellent reviews but I cannot believe that no one else noticed the freeway noises. Definitely bring earplugs.

The reservation portal continued to load the incorrect date, and I fixed it before enlisting - and it still loaded the wrong date as it was nearly midnight when I was making the reservation. The hotel was in fact FULL on the night I needed and the manager would not return calls the next day to my booking agent, nor to me personally. So - that's my review. Extremely unprofessional and SHADY that over a $160 reservation - sold a room that wasn't even available to be sold, and then unprofessionally would not return calls, had the front desk screen calls so they didn't have to do the right thing by returning the funds. Fraud, stealing, shady. That's my review.

The TV would not turn on and they changed the batteries in the remote and it worked. Toilet papered holder was broken out of the wall when we got there and they shook their head yes. Charged me 6 dollars for water, none available but the bathroom sink. Noisy people above us, shook their heads yes, no internet, told us they couldn’t help it. Told us breakfast 6-9 but set up was more like 6:30 and 8:30 they turned everything off. It was convenient for our needs and that is really all I can say…staff was friendly but not helpful in any meaningful way or apologetic. Sad…

We booked this because everything in Butte and Helena were booked and I'm SOO glad we did. We spent 1/3 of what those other hotels were going for and it was one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. Clean rooms, helpful staff, great breakfast, and close to the freeway. Also great pool. My family asked to go back to this hotel for a few days into our trip into Canada. Now they want to stay on the way back. Absolutely no issues with this hotel. We got a huge room for 6 of us for less than one room for two almost everywhere else. We forgot our kid's toothbrushes and they had some for us. They gave us free cookies at the front desk. They helped us with breakfast and my 5 year old felt like a king. Great staff. Can't say that enough. Great staff. Perfect hotel experience.
