Aleria Villa in Santorini island consists various blue tones combined with traditional cycladic elements, along with the venetian influence in its minimal modern and authentic traditional style, are perspectives designed for the distinctive guest who is able to appreciate a singular kind of comfort, class, and most importantly space and tranquility.

Experience indoor
The 250 sq. m. villa has an open plan living area with a cozy lounging space, a dining area and a high end fully equipped kitchen. Comfortably sleeping 10 persons, there are four main bedrooms all equipped with a queen double bed and a loft with a double bed. 2-4 additional guests can be hosted at the very comfortable sofas of the house at an extra cost. The villa contains three bathrooms and it also includes all the amenities appropriate for a luxury and high-quality vacation. Some of them are: hot water, television, wi fi, air conditioning, daily housekeeping, portable barbecue, and two fireplaces (for the winter).

Aleria Villa can host up to 14 guest with the following bed arrangements:
8 guests sleep in the 4 bedrooms
2 guests sleep at the loft with a double matress
4 guests sleep at the very comfortable sofas of the villas (2 living rooms and loft)

Note: There is a basic rate up to 6 guests and an extra charge for each additional guest.

Outdoors the beautiful and spacious landscape with the sparkling pool leads you to an atmosphere of the eternal Hellenic blue. While making it impossible to resist relaxing moments under the sun enjoying a refreshing drink, you can also indulge in a delicious meal in the outdoor sitting area. One of the main advantages of the villa is the way the sun and its luminous train covers it from its sunrise till its dawn.


Offering a private pool and a garden, the Cycladic-style Aleria Villa is located in Mesaria Village. It features a fully equipped and elegantly decorated unit with fireplaces and Aegean Sea, garden and pool views. Free WiFi is available throughout.

Fitted with an attic, arches and elements of traditional architecture, this air-conditioned, 4-bedroom villa of Aleria opens to a furnished terrace and a balcony. It consists of 2 living rooms with a smart TV and an open-plan kitchen with dining area and oven with hobs. A hairdryer, an iron and a washing machine are included.

Guests may relax on the sun loungers of the sun terrace by the pool. Free maid service is provided every 3 days.

Location
Aleria Villa is located in Messaria, a traditional village in the centre of Santorini island, at a distance of about 2 km away from the capital town of the island, Fira. Built on a farm with a view to the eastern Aegean and the island of Anafi is enough to steal your heart and mind.

Surroundings
The villa is situated in an area where one can combine the perfect and relaxing atmosphere of the countryside along with the pleasure of enjoying the wonderful and full of options life the island has to offer. Choosing either through a quiet road or a beautiful path the village of Mesaria is a 15 minute walk. The several blue and white chapels with the bell towers and the traditional white homes shine like precious gems in the splendid sunlight making it an ideal place for a stroll and taking pictures. Archontiko Argyros is one of the must-sees. It is a beautiful museum with neoclassical architect where one can explore the life of the Santorini’s rich families, usually land owners of the wineries, back in the 19th century. Fira, being only 5 minutes drive away, occupies the centre of the ultimate Santorinian lifestyle with its breathtaking caldera, restaurants, coffee and souvenir shops, fashion stores, clubs and art galleries. You will definitely be amazed and get the feeling to visit again soon in the near future!

The centre of Mesaria Village is a 15-minute walk away and Fira Town is 2 km away. A restaurant, a café bar and a mini market for the general supplies can be found at a distance of 500 metres. Santorini National Airport is 3 km away and Kamari Beach is 7 km away.
