Expedia hat uns gerettet und aus dem Hotel befreit. Zu viele Treppen zum Zimmer. Dreckige Räume, Insekten im Bad, Schimmelspuren im Badezimmer, kein Essen nach 21:00 auch wenn man spät im Hotel ankommt, Personal kennt sich im eigenen Hotel nicht aus. NIE WIEDER! FINGER WEG!

Decent option but not 5 stars. Restaurant reservation system left a lot to be desired. Everything full the moment they were available. Literally within 1 minute of opening only times we’re 9pm and even those options were limited. Staff didn’t try to be helpful. If you’re similar to Cancun all inclusive, this will fall short.

Lovely modern property, beautifully laid out. Lots of pools including adults only areas. Several different restaurants. All inclusive food was excellent. Nice beer, shame about the included wine. Own segment of beach just outside property. Small village nearby to wander around. Would recommend to families and couples of all ages.

Great stay

Great hotel, and I especially like how Adult area is segregated from kids one (swimming pools and a bar). The sea is fantastic! Staff is very helpful, rooms are big and are very clean.

This is a great all inclusive resort! When we arrived, they surprised us with a free upgrade and gave us a family suite which was amazing. It even had a private pool! They received us with juice for the kids and sparkling wine for me and my husband. They gifted us a wine bottle and a fruit basket. The food in all the restaurants was a little bland for my taste but good. They have many pools, so it never feels crowded. My kids were entertained during the day at the pool and in the ocean. In the evenings, they enjoyed playing in the gaming room very much. They ran around the resort by themselves, and it was very safe. We were mostly in the beach where they have bar service and a water fountain. The lifeguard was always on watch, and we felt very safe swimming in the ocean. The beach is beautiful, and the ocean is calm. From the resort you can see the amazing sunsets. I would go back in a heartbeat!

After a short notice booking we were worried that we might have made a hasty decision when choosing this resort. The moment that we arrived those fears disappeared. Absolutely fantastic property. Service is superior to any other resort that we have visited in this world. You will be doing yourself a disservice not to book this resort for your next family vacation. We can not stress enough how wonderful this resort is for a family vacation

We zijn verheugd dat je een fantastisch verblijf hebt gehad in ons hotel en dat je tevreden was over ons kindvriendelijke personeel, de leuke activiteiten, de ligging aan het strand en het uitgebreide buffet.Bij ons streven we ernaar om een geweldige ervaring te bieden aan al onze gasten, inclusief gezinnen. Het doet ons goed te horen dat ons personeel kindvriendelijk was en dat er veel leuke activiteiten waren om van te genieten.Ook zijn we blij dat je hebt genoten van ons uitgebreide buffet. The resort is extremely clean and well maintained. The staff are very kind and accommodating. I am glad we chose this resort as it had tons of pools, seating options and a huge delicious buffet. Pools are very cold in May but still was a beautiful resort with ocean view and easy access. There are lots of excursions that can be easily signed up for, the quadding tour was very fun! I wish we had been informed when getting there that dinners need to be reserved if you want to go anywhere except the buffet. Even though we didn’t go during the very busy time it was near impossible to get a dinner reservation so we ended up eating at the buffet a lot but there was always a large selection there at least. There were lots of children which wasn’t a problem for myself or my husband and there are a few options for adult only areas but if you want a resort with no kids running around/swimming/yelling then this is not the place for you. The little shop on the resort where you can buy sunscreen etc is very expensive but there is a shop directly across the street from the resort that sells everything for half the price. It rained a few days so we looked at the spa at the resort but all of the treatments were extremely overpriced and the spa staff were a tad pushy. Overall, everything considered, I would recommend and go back to this resort!
