Villa Three is a two levels’ villa of 130sqm in total. It can easily accommodate 6 guest in 2 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and in 1 more bedroom with separate bathroom on the ground floor. The higher level consists of a light and airy open-plan living, dining and contemporary kitchen area that can offer unforgettable moments to a family or friends.

On the outside, a 10 meters long infinity pool and its special shallow section ideal for sunbathing on the villa's loungers offer panoramic views of Plaka bay and the surrounding plain.
The private swimming pool offers heating for a relaxing swim even on cooler days. Water temperature stays between 26°C and 29°C (instead of 20–23°C), depending on weather. Heating is upon request with a daily fee - contact us for more details.

Marvel at the unique sunset while enjoying your drink on the comfortable Cycladic inspired built couch and do not let anything interrupt this unique moment.

Yiannis and his home were impeccable hosts, on an amazing island. The pictures don’t do this home justice, if that’s possible, as it was even more magical in person. The views are to die for with infinity pool and the sunsets reflecting off of it were a true highlight. The rooms are well laid out, large, and have every amenity you could ask for. Yiannis personally designed the home and you will not be disappointed. Always available for a helpful hand, Yiannis even has a detailed google map which shows points of interests, restaurants, and places to visit. This place will not disappoint you! We can’t wait to be back!

Yiannis was amazing!!!

Yiannis was the perfect host and made everything so accommodating! He met us at the port with our rental cars and drove us to the villa. He gave us a map of the area with recommendations, which were great! The villa was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed and much more! You won’t regret this stay.

Beautiful!

Beautiful house with an amazing view! We enjoyed our stay very much! We spent most of our time out on the patio with an amazing infinity pool overlooking the ocean after our visit to the beaches. The house is beautiful, clean and very private. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. It's quite a hike to get there, you are literally driving up a mountain, but the view and the privacy is amazing. I definitely recommend Bellevue Villas! Our host Yiannis came to the port to make sure we got to our location and would check in on us to make sure we were comfortable and didn't need anything. He gave us information on the beaches, the island itself and restaurants he recommends. He was awesome. I am looking forward to visiting again in the near future!

Vacation of a Lifetime

Yiannis took care of us from when we stepped off the ferry in Naxos until we reluctantly left the villa upon our departure. He helped arrange a car rental for us so that it was waiting in the port when we arrived. It coudn't have been easier and he escorted us back to the villa to give us a tour first thing. Yiannis also gave us a map with several suggestions about the island and activities to do there. We found the island easy to navigate using a car. The villa had everything we needed including, but not limited to, an amazing view of the Agean Sea from the infinity pool. The outdoor area was comfortable and where we wanted to spend most of our days. The beds are comfortable and the clean, cristp lines of the modern interior are cool and inviting. The villa is located near Plaka Beach, restaurants, Chora and the airport. It has all the lovely amenities that you want on your vacation. This was a vacation of a lifetime made possible by Bellevue Villas. We will return and bring friends and family to enjoy beautiful Naxos.

Stunning Property in Hills of Naxos

Fabulous villa in Naxos! Yannis definitively knows design - clean and simplistic, well thought out with gorgeous views of the coast and Naxos! Oh and those evening sunsets are stunning! Loved the private pool and multiple outdoor seating areas. Yannis is a gracious host who met us at the port and personally took us to the villa! He actually spent time upon arrival and mapped out areas on the island he thought we’d enjoy visiting. Wonderful stay.

Breathtaking views

This property was incredible m. Very short drive to plakka beach with amazing views if the coastline and sunset. Pool was a good size with great loungers for sun tanning. The rooms were all well appointed m, comfortable with easy access to the pool and lounge. Would definitely go back and stay longer. Our host Yiannis was incredible and informative. The place is a bit tricky to find but he was readily available and help us find our way we were only 10 metered short of our final destination. He also provided great recommendations and helped us coordinate a rental. Overall highly recommend and can’t wait to go back

Incredible property with stunning views

Our family of five adults loved absolutely everything about our stay at Bellevue Villa Three. Everything about the build and design of this property is impeccable, from the comfiest beds and linens, to the breathtaking pool and terrace. Yiannis and his wife Selena were amazing hosts greeting us upon arrival with gifts of local wine, fresh fruit, olive oil and more. They were happy to provide us with extensive insight and recommendations for their beautiful island, and were always immediately available to answer questions or address any concerns through WhatsApp. Unfortunately the only blemish was that we had some issues with the hot water not working for most of our stay, which was frustrating. However Yiannis was extremely apologetic and worked hard to try to resolve the issues quickly. We recognize that this was a very unusual circumstance that was pretty much a fluke equipment failure, and is nothing anyone should be concerned about, as we would 100% recommend Bellevue Villas and would love to return if we have the opportunity. Thank you Yiannis and Selena for a most memorable stay in Naxos!

Stunning villa

A beautifully designed villa with breathtaking views of the countryside and the water. Yiannis the owner has thought of every detail and we loved the minimalist yet comfortable feel, with wonderful touches down to the appliances! He was also extremely helpful and kind, from helping us book a rental car to giving us (as a local) fantastic restaurant recommendations, where we pretty much had all our meals. We would have preferred the villa to be a bit more accessible, as it, like many others (Naxos is undergoing a construction boom), seems to be awaiting smooth paved roads. Hopefully this happens soon so that the access can be as wonderful as the property.

Million dollar view and sparkling clean and new!

Yiannis the owner was exceptional and so is his property. From the minute we landed on Naxos he was there to help us in every way from details about his beautiful island to specifics about how we could best enjoy the amazing place he created. The views are the best one could ever imagine and every detail about the brand new place was perfect. Make sure you rent a car to best enjoy the home and the island. Cheers!
