The house features clean, practical architectural lines across its two main levels. The first floor includes a primary living room with a sitting area that connects to a fully equipped kitchen. An exterior staircase leads up to the second floor, which functions as an independent living space complete with a secondary lounge area, a small kitchen, and a spacious balcony offering unobstructed views of the sea and the coastal sunset.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, the private swimming pool, and the yard. No areas or facilities are shared.



Other things to note

Please note that the first and second floors are connected via an exterior staircase. Cooling and heating are provided by one high-capacity air-conditioning unit per floor, strategically placed to cover the entire level. For families traveling with children, please be aware that adult supervision is required at all times around the pool, and diving is strictly prohibited. The property is located 200 meters from the local motorway, ensuring very quick and easy access for day trips to Chania or Rethymno.
