Not a 5-star Hotel

We have been to many 5 star hotels in our lives, but the FZeen is as disappointing as it could be for a 5-star hotel. Upon arrival at Noon, the room wasn't ready, which is fine and understandable. We therefore left for the day in order to enjoy the beach. As we came back at 6-7PM, we were shown our room, and boy was it disappointing. We took the 2nd most expensive room which was a private raw retreat with a pool. This was almost 1,000 euros a night. When we got into the room, the view was just a joke. We had a view over the gym's roof, and the parking of the hotel's staff. We therefore asked if there was anything else, and we were told no, the hotel is fully booked. We told them we were not satisfied with this, and it was unacceptable. We asked them "There is no one checking tomorrow?" we were told no. Before leaving, the girl, who honestly couldn't care less about us, told us we could get the "100" room, but it would be an upgrade. We told her we wouldn't be paying for an upgrade because what was sold to us was unacceptable. She then proceeded to tell us that the reservation office would call us first thing in the morning to see what could be done. As you would have guest, they never called, and we had to call them. Obviously, we had to repeat everything, which is unacceptable again for a 5-star hotel. We were told that a room could be available, which apparently was not possible the day before. We have stayed before and this is one of the nicest unique hotels in the world. Everything is top notch. Rooms, Service, Amenities are the best of the best

Incredible experience. The superior raw retreat room was completely private, including its yard and pool. The team was very polite and helpful with any requests we had and stayed on top of offering us transportation/any other thing we may need. Petros from the reception was especially kind to us and made us feel very welcomed. The only thing not matching the excellence of the hotel was the food and drinks. Nothing on the menu was terrible, but it was not nearly as memorable as the experience/layout of the hotel.
