Les salles de bains sont vraiment dans un état de vétusté auquel on ne s attend pas. En terme de propreté, il faut demander pour que le ménage soit fait tous les jours. En août, les piscines sont bondées et il est difficile de trouver un transat après 9h! Il y a des groupes de musique tous les soirs, ce qui est plutôt agréable. La nourriture est bonne et les restaurants sur réservation de très bonne qualité.

Cette hôtel ne vaut pas les 5 étoiles pas même 4 La nourriture est tous les jours la même chose, le buffet est minuscule Je ne recommanderai pas cette établissement Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisée, nous avons du changer de chambre et cela nous a couté 530 € DE PLUS Je pense que je ne voyagerai plus avec votre compagnie Cordialement BERNARD RIBIERE

Bien dans l´ensemble, personnel agréable et efficace. La qualité des buffets est cependant en baisse par rapport à l´an passé, et donne un sentiment de cantine améliorée.

Nous avons sélectionné cet hôtel pour vivre une experience 5 * dans un hôtel de renom Mitsis,en ayant vu beaucoup de photos,stories etc..Nous avons été bel et bien déçus : buffet répétitif jounalièrement et pas très varié et la qualité est loin d'un hôtel 5 étoiles..Les restaurants à thème: quantité pauvre et qualité décevante..Les crêpes du côté piscine: très sèches :( Par contre,big up au personnel qui prend soin des demandes quelconques au restaurant ou bar: ça c'est digne d'un hôtel 5 etoiles (bravo!) Les cocktails sont bons et de bonnes qualités. Quant aux piscines: notre choix pour cet hôtel etait ,notamment,une piscine interieure pour se detendre:piscine fermée durant tout le séjour ( deception totale),manque d'informations pour prevenir les voyageurs que ça soit fermée depuis le covid. En bref, tout ceci a été expliqué a la guest relation, pour que ça puisse être amélioré pour les prochains voyageurs mais,en vain, exprimer un ressenti a été considéré comme étant une des seule mecontente du séjour.. Je vous laisse decouvrir cet hôtel,je reste sur mes seuls points positifs: personnel du restaurant et bar: à l'écoute et professionnel,cocktails au top,service de chambre au top,room service au top et très sympathique,mention pour le gâteau d'anniversaire et champagne qui a été organisé gentillement par la conciergerie: professionnelle et réactive aux mails. Merci au personnel pour ce sejour qui aurait pu être un de mes meilleurs séjours de vacances.
