Séjour extraordinaire !
Publié le 6 janv. 2023 sur HotelsSéjour merveilleux ! Nous avions une belle suite avec une immense terrasse sur le dernier étage de l’hôtel. Le personnel est extraordinaire, les 2 réceptionnistes parlent très bien français, elles étaient très aimables souriantes et professionnelles. L’une d’entre elle nous a réservé une excursions pour Elafonisi en dernière minute. Également le personnel du restaurant pendant le petit déjeuner étaient adorables et d’une gentillesse. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est excellent et varié. L’hôtel est moderne et récent avec en emplacement idéal dans le centre ville et près de l’animation restaurant et boutiques et un supermarché à proximité. Je recommande cette adresse exceptionnelle. Tout a été fait pour nous rendre la vie facile et profiter de nos vacances. Merci à tous.

Hôtel neuf et chic, très bien situé

La chambre est grande et spacieuse, avec un balcon
Idéalement situé juste au dessus de la vieille ville pour les balades nocturnes et les restaurants !
Nous avions prévu de garer la voiture au parking (comme précisé sur le site) mais le réceptionniste nous a dit qu’il n’y avait que 4 petites places déjà occupées. Point.
Le petit déjeuner est correct, choix un peu limité et qualité des produits perfectible
Le personnel est très agréable autant pour le service en salle le matin que dans les étages.
A bien améliorer à la réception par contre…

In deed our hotel is a brand new, fully renovated building which has started welcoming guests during June 2021. It is situated right to the centre of Chania city and within the old Venetian port and the beach of Nea Chora. The cleanliness of the building is our number one priority, especially during such a demanding era. Our hotel offers, various room types, or various types, but all of them offer a balcony. Last but not least, our staff a team of tourism professionals who are eager to satisfy every guest's needs and make him/her feel like home.
Regarding your comments about our breakfast, we are truly surprised as the majority of the guests who comment our brekfast's quality and variety, provide a very positive opinion. Nevertheless, we will be more than happy to welcome you once again during your next visit to our lovely city, so you can check by yourself our progress of the services we offer.

About our parking, we do offer limited parking spots, that's why we try our best, so we can accommodate as many vehicles as we can, but there is always the possibility of free street parking and also a private parking in walking distance by our hotel for our residents.
