Located only 270 metres from the traditional village of Kattavia and 5 minutes drive from Prasonisi beach, Villa Panormitis is a ground floor villa consisting of two connected buildings: the main building (45 sq.m.) has one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, second bedroom with two single beds and ensuite bathroom and a single space with living room and fully equipped kitchen. Next to the main building theres a seperate external bedroom (15 sq.m.) with its own ensuite bathroom with shower and a wellness space (10 sq.m.) with hot tub* (optional service). The 40 sq.m. private swimming pool is the diamond of the villa! Featuring a perimetric overflow, it has a great view to the garden, to the countryside and to the private church of Archangel Michael (Panormitis). Its depth varies from 1,50 m to 1,75 m, enough both for dives and swimming. The terrace has also sunbeds, table/chairs, pergola and BBQ.
