Nice location and modern minimal hotel. Spacious rooms. Not so quiet in the room.

Great hotel let down by cleaning team
Publié le 30 juill. 2023 sur HotelsGreat hotel ,lovely front of house team ,who always happy to help and give you full attention,but the cleaners are very poor and cleaning of room poor ,numerous occasions we found the cleaner on her phone sitting on bed or room not cleaned correctly,with no fresh towels or floor not mopped or swept,also when got home had missing items of clothes and swimsuits which went missing during stay.the hotel is in a great location and pool fantastic and very close to beach.I would return but feel the management need to look into lack of cleaning by cleaners as this is the only point I found disappointing.

The Hotel was good but it could improve a lot more with a little more attention to details. The staff should give more info regarding Buses, Boat, Excursion to do, as a default without the guest asking for it.
