The property is approved by the Greek National Tourism Organization.
* The home is yours to explore, with full access to all appliances and amenities for your convenience.
* We’re here to assist you whenever needed – available from 10am to 6pm for all services and 24/7 for any emergencies.
* For heated water in the hot tub, an additional charge of €45 per day applies from May to October. Please notify us at least 2 days before check-in to have it ready for you.
* Operation months for jacuzzi and pool: May to October.

Additional rules
Make your stay a stress-free experience by following our house rules:
* Check-in time is 3PM-10PM and check-out time is before 11AM to allow us to prepare for the next guests.
* We warmly welcome one pet up to 8kg! Your furry friend will feel right at home with a pet basket and an array of pet accessories provided.
* To ensure a healthy and pleasant stay for everyone, we maintain a strict no-smoking policy. This policy encompasses traditional smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes.
