Pro: The common areas were relatively clean and I liked the free parking. Con: The furniture in our assigned room was soiled, the phone and tv didn’t work properly. When we complained we were told it wouldn't or couldn't be fixed and was not offered a solution. We had to ask for another room. Pro: They gave us a better room. Breakfast was offered daily and the wait staff was friendly. Con: No variety in the menu. The same foods everyday and it ended at 9:30 am would have preferred 10am. Pro: Water and ice offered in the lobby area. Con: No ice machine on the floors, inconvenient. Overall this hotel doesn't have many amenities. I was disappointed the pool was closed. It did not meet my expectations and I would give it 2.5 stars. Our flight was delayed due to bad weather which caused us to arrive a day late and we still had to pay for the missed day without any consideration and when we asked for a courtesy late checkout we were told "No" until the power went out leaving everyone without lights and air conditioning in hot weather for several hours and we had to ask again before they said okay to an extra hour. I would have appreciated a little more accommodation considering the circumstances.

The hotel was good i gove 3 because reception people not friendly and also they looks like angry when you meet them. The only issue was reception that's why my rate was low. otherwise all good also breakfast area was good and they good people. Thank you!

Room decently clean, spacious. Nice lobby but needs furniture cleaned. Looking forward to breakfast for a fee (but less than the price of fast food). Would be nice if they had a pool.
