We stayed one night while travelling with our dog. The room was extremely basic, no tissues, no coffee, no bedside lamps… but it was clean, had updated bathroom and vanity, hot shower and very comfortable bed.

Great value, tidy updated rooms, fast internet. What more do you need? I was only staying for a night but would definitively consider for long-term stays in the area because of its great price and convenient location.

It’s really nice place to stay. Near Small Greensboro downtown had some good food options. Old charming stores. Hotel management is very helpful and nice. Also owner is very supportive. We have been staying there almost every month. Thank you so much .

/The price for a 6 night stay was by far the least expensive compared to the other hotels in the area. I was kind of upset with the fact that the site/ad for this hotel said daily cleaning and that is in fact a LIE. They only clean every other day and the extent of the cleaning is only a wipe down of the shower, sink and toilet. No making of the bed or fresh towels. You are only given 1 (ONE) roll of toilet paper every other day and if you ask for more, it's treated like a gold bar from Fort Knox. The attendant who was there the most doesn't speak good english and the woman who does speak english was usually off at the other hotel they manage. This was our second time staying here after our last stay in February. We thought that since we were here 9 months later that some things had improved, but nope. The wifi is sketchy, the remotes are broken and when asked for a working one, was given another one that didn't work. Tjhey want to come early, EARLY in the morning to "clean" and if you are on vacation and sleeping in, they will skip your room and use that as an excuse for not cleaning. They ration out the towels and other linens. We booked our hotel for one price and if we had waited until the day of check in, we could have gotten the rooms for $200 less. We were told that the hotel was booked for the week and that was a lie. We only had 2 other rooms rented around us for 1 night during the whole 6 day stay. Rent somewhere else.

We do apologize for the inconvenice. due to hollidays season we were short on emplyee. also every time our housekeeper come to your door you have refuge to take service. open on you request our housekeper came to do your room service very last and you still not ready to get service. employee works on hourly they can not seat and just wait to get serive on your time scheduale. one person in room one toilet paper is way enough per day. you have booked smoking room and you asked for non smoking we have upgrade you for free of charge. also, even you walk in, you whould get same rate or might be higher. there's no room for 200 for 6 nights. sorry about that. due to emplyee with broken english has till server you nicely and and fullfill youe needed. you had no any issue while chek in. broken enghlish doesn't mean they are not eligebale for any job specially local hotels. even 5 start hotels employee doesnt speak perfect english. so again, sorry for the incovenice.

Great stay for the price but the towels and face rags was dirty, tub was stopped up took the water a long time to exit but other then that it was a lovely stay
