The beds were very comfortable. The room was clean and warm. Breakfast had options, which was really nice, although the pancake maker broke the second day unfortunately. But at least coffee actually tasted like coffee and not hot water.

The hotel itself was clean, breakfast was good, bed was comfortable. On our second night of our stay, there was a high school soccer team staying the night and group of them was very disrespectful yelling, jumping up and down above us and keeping us up all night long. I called the desk at 2:30am and they stated they would go tell them to settle down. At 3:44am, I called the desk again and it was obvious that the guy at the desk never went to tell them to respect those around them. There was no sleeping at this hotel with all of the disruptions from the other group. Too bad the employees didn't care about the other people staying the night that they were keeping up all night. No discount given after complaining during checkout. I was given a card for a free appetizer with purchase at Texas Roadhouse that was only good for the Greenville, SC location. A lot of good that will do being that I'm not from around there and checking out to go home.

Staff. Room clean breakfast good hot Elevator was out once I’m in a wheelchair was an inconvenience but was fixed quickly only 1 elevator worked they did not clean rooms daily only got clean towels when asked they didn’t empty garbage we did

Room was clean and well appointed. We did not have the breakfast as we had other plans. The staffing appeared light for a Saturday afternoon/evening; as no one was at the desk at check in but we only had to wait about 3-4 min for the clerk to check us in. Later that evening, we requested a toothbrush and had some difficulty getting through to the front desk via the room phone. Ultimately, we were able to go back to the front desk to get the toothbrush. Good location; conveniently located near mid-priced restaurants.

Though I had a confirmed reservation through Hotels.com the General Manager canceled it in order to re-sell the room at a higher rate due to local events. Traveling with my elderly mother, I had no choice but to pay the hotel’s inflated rate, resulting in stress and financial loss. When I tried to discuss the matter with the General Manager before checkout, he was extremely rude and dismissive toward both me and my mother. The front desk associate, Amy, was also hostile—she threatened to call the police when I said I’d leave an honest review and claimed it was “hotel policy” to cancel third-party reservations at their discretion. The elevator was out of order from Friday night through Saturday morning, which caused me pain due to a physical limitation, and housekeeping never serviced our room during the entire stay.
