My room had bad case of roaches/flying insects and hot water for shower did not work at 5am. Entry door hard to open. Wifi cost extra, kitchen burner available but no pot/pans, and access to front desk limited on weekends(Closed on Sunday) if you have needs. Other than this...THE ROOM WAS PERFECT!!

Terrible, when I checked into my "premium, newly renovated, non-smoking " room. It smelled like someone had hot boxed a carton of cigarettes in it. I was informed that there was to be no cleaning service. I would have to bring my sheets to the front office on thursdays to exchange them. The carpets were stained, there were cigarette burn marks on the night stands. The other residents were sketchy at best, one woman kept trying to wave me into her room every time I passed by. I know you get what you pay for but this place was grossly misrepresented.
