Nestled in the heart of the charming Village of Greer, the Lazy Bear Cabin offers the perfect blend of rustic tranquility and modern comfort. This two-story cabin, with a spacious 1,450 square feet of living area, plus an additional 300 square feet in the detached game room, is ideal for families or groups seeking a cozy getaway.



The Space:

Lazy Bear has 3 bedrooms upstairs, 2 kings and 1 queen. There is one full size bathroom with a tub/shower. Downstairs, there

is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, and a full bath with shower. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the family

room and a queen sleeper in the detached game room. Both adults and kids love the game room that has an arcade, a fuse

ball table, and television. There is a fire pit, horseshoe pit, and small pond to enjoy outside on the one acre property

Other Things to Note:

Cancellation Policy -

Full Refund (off of total reservation cost): Cancellations made 14 days or more before your check-in date.

Half Refund (off of total reservation cost): Cancellations made between 14 days and 7 days before your check-in date.

No Refund (off of total reservation cost): Cancellations made within 7 days of your check-in date.

**If you are bringing a pet, please let us know and how many pets as there is a pet fee for the cabin. (Maximum 2 dogs allowed, $20 per pet per night)

Other House Rules (pets, trash, signing liability waiver for the resort, be respectful, etc): Pets not allowed on furniture unless covered with guests blankets. Please remove dog hair and pets’ feces. Please be respectful of surrounding cabins and no outside noise after 10pm.

Smoking Policy: No smoking inside. May smoke outside if not Red Flag day or Fire Restrictions



Please note:

The Lost Resorts will be reserved for private weddings and events on the dates listed below. During these times, while cabin bookings may still be available, please note that the grounds and barn will be restricted for event use only. If you have already booked a cabin during one of these dates and prefer to cancel due to the grounds' privatization, we are happy to assist with rescheduling your stay.



Wedding Dates

If this cabin appears unavailable during a summer or fall weekend in 2026, please check back about two months prior. At that time, wedding blocks are released, and the cabin may become available.
