Fantastic hotel

We had a fabulous time, the hotel is small enough to feel friendly and we felt really at home. Great location next to all the bars and restaurants and the beach. All the staff are lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. We didn’t want to leave. There is some noise late at night but the ac drowns most of it out

Fantastic value for money !

Let me just say that this hotel is an absolute asset to St Lucia. I am so glad that I chose to stay here for our honey moon. This hotel is St Lucian owned which is why I has chosen to stay here. Let’s keep the money with the people who were born and bred on this lovely lsland I visited from Grenada so believe me I am very used to great beaches; pools ect. But I literally came here for a relaxing break to enjoy the room The pool view suites are exactly like the photos; my husband and I were very comfortable along with our 11 month old. The breakfast was excellent everyday. Always a good variety. The staff are super helpful and the grounds are well maintained. I didn’t have dinner at the hotel but there are loads of nice places walking distance - and there’s a really good mall about 7 mins walk away. The only comment I would make is that at breakfast I had to ask for the baby high chair about 6 times before it was bought to me. And sometimes the bar tender could be extremely slow trying to serve the pool and the restaurant Nonetheless 10 out of 10. Please stay this way as I’ll be recommending Cocopalm To anyone who wants to Visit Rodney bay.

So happy we booked with Coco Palm. Very good location, close to many restaurants around Rodney bay and also very close to reduit beach. Staff very friendly and attentive. Everyone was nice. Property was clean, pool was good (used it only 1 time, preferred the beach), bar was great and plenty of selections. Breakfast very good in the morning. Had dinner one time at the only restaurant onsite, slow service and I presume they were understaffed, I had an issue with my plate, but they fixed it quick. Food was flavorful. Close to everything. The one drawback, it’s right across from the 2 night clubs that are blasting music till 3am every night. We had to use headphones in order to sleep. But that’s not something the hotel can change, we still enjoyed our stay very much.

The property is a great to-go for me many times. This trip I felt rushed at breakfast. Staff was just constantly hurrying around to clear tables and not checking on the guest dining in the restaurant.

Needs a Shake Up

The positives were that we had an excellent room (although the so-called 'room with a view' consisted of two water towers and a few houses) and the food was very good. However, overall the hotel is looking a bit tired. Some staff were very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately not all by any means. Some were unhelpful and at times positively rude. We were on an all-inclusive deal, which turned out to be not quite all-inclusive. When we got to the hotel we discovered that some drinks and food were excluded (included rather strangely 'lamb cutlets', although I never saw them on the menu!). The main problem was that the lunch and dinner menus never changed, and there were no 'daily specials'. After 9 days this became very boring. My wife likes soup before dinner. Every evening the choice was pumpkin soup or pumpkin soup. The same most lunches. Not so much of a problem if you are staying for 3/4 days, but poor for a longer stay. We also booked a taxi via the hotel for the return journey to the airport, but when I checked I found that no booking had been made. Had I not checked we would have been in a very difficult position, possibly missing our flight.

The employees were extremely polite and accommodating. Shout out to the dining room and kitchen team. Excellent Job. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.
