We had enjoyed our stay at Secrets in St Lucia; much to do in the resort, pool, swim out and the dining was magnificent 👌 😀..!We did enjoy the staff all over, sorry can't name them all. Yes and thank you for taking care of the 🐈 Cat's we've enjoyed playing and feeding them. Jenny and I are planning to visit next year in 2026. I'm sure many are coming back for complete relaxation 😌

I went to Secrets for my birthday and heard many great things although my experience wasn’t great :( Nothing received for my birthday package bottle requested twice and confirmed by staff but never received spoke with concierge and front desk about it Ants in room which continued due to person staying next to us food service staying outside of room. TRAILS OF ANTS WERE everywhere Promised a room upgrade after excursion but when arrived back was told the room were all rooms were book but room beneath us stayed empty our entire stay to be exact 511 Told restaurants reservations were at 830 when we arrived they told us they were changed until 9pm and no one from front desk notified us Lack of entertainment spoke with the entertainment team multiple times about having music at the pool was told only the pool bar plays music when the pool bar told me opposite Lack of activities water sports told they aren’t open because the resort is new Things still not open theater bar It was a big lack of communication and I didn’t feel heard while seeing other guest complain it get there demands handle I love st Lucia but Secrets Saint Lucia Truly disappointed me

We had the most relaxing, and amazing stay at Secrets. We were a little nervous because they just opened but the restaurants were amazing, we got our food right away, and everyone was friendly. The beach and pools were perfect. We got a swim out room and it was the best decision. We will definitely be back.

From the moment we arrived at the resort in St. Lucia, we were treated like absolute royalty. The warmth and friendliness of the staff were unmatched—every single person we encountered greeted us with a genuine smile and made an effort to get to know us by name. It truly felt like we were being welcomed into someone’s home, not just checking into a hotel. The service was incredibly prompt—whether it was room service, help with excursions, or just a quick request at the front desk, everything was handled quickly and with so much care. You could tell the team takes pride in what they do, and that made all the difference. The resort itself was breathtaking, but it was truly the people who made this trip feel magical. At first glance property appears clean- but rooms did not appear to be swept or deep cleaned . Staff had slow service with very little experience. No activities to do on resort. Very disappointed in the onsite gift shop. Super disappointed in the quality of drinks. I’ve been to a lot of all inclusive and this by far was the worst selection of drinks offered. Staff did not know how to make a lot of drinks. Slow service at dinner and most times waiter did not even remember what was ordered. Entire resort felt mismanaged and everyone seemed to have little to no experience. Entertainment was little to none.

I made the best of my trip! 1st thing the food was just below ok at best. Second the liquor didnt seem authentic, I had 5 shots of tito's and nothing happened, I had multiple drinks at different times and didn't feel anything. The a.c in my room went off around 1 am every morning, and the room got hot fast. They also gave me a room were I had to walk a far distance to get too. They need real cooks in there kitchens immediately!! I forget to mention I do not want to see cats sitting or walking by in a restaurant I am eating at ever! In for that, I would not recommend this place to stay at. !

First of all .. what a BEAUTIFUL place! I highly recommend the JOY boat tour.. you’ll find him on the beach under the almond tree. The staff were so nice. Customer service was on point. This was our first time going to an all inclusive and it did not disappoint. We had an issue ordering room service which was a bummer because we ended up not having dinner one night because our room service never arrived. The entertainment was great. There was a steel drum band we really loved. The water was amazing and the rooms were great. We had a nice little patio. There is a lot of walking, my calves are stronger leaving than when we arrived! The food was fine, but the people making the food were so kind and you could tell they take a lot of pride in their jobs. We’d give it 3.5 out of 5

Overall good experience. Resort is clean and pretty much renovated, staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurants were solid, breakfast and lunch buffet could use improvement not many options and alternatives for people who don’t eat pork or beef.

I will be contacting HYATT a multi billion dollar industry our room was 125 the electric was messed up in our room our key card would not work we stayed outside 45 minutes they running back an forth trying to get us in the room so the next day they decided to move us moved us to a room full of ants an the swim up room the water was full of bugs

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at Secrets St. Lucia. The facilities are great, the room was very comfortable, and the restaurants were fantastic! Morgan's in particular was our absolute favorite! The only thing we can complain about is the loss of internet, TV and phone service in our room for the last 5 days of our stay. This only impacted our building and the resort was working with the ISP to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. The resort is new, so some minor glitches like this are not exactly unexpected. Overall, the resort was great, the atmosphere was relaxed and fun, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Staff was wonderful. Barry and Theresa were outstanding. The resort was very quiet but needs to refine some things. Our. First day started with a meeting about time shares that were completely unaffordable and it went on for way too long. The resort money we were offered for doing it was not worth it Food was mediocre. There were no water sports accessible such as paddle boards etc and the excursions were difficult to navigate as most companies did not pick up at resort. Again the staff was wonderful but the food and entertainment were not up to par .
