Fun resort, but make sure to read checkout rules!

We would need to view those rules on the hotel website. We left our apartment tidy & closed all windows & washed up & put away our breakfast items. We left our bed linen in a pile for collection but did not empty our bin. After we left we were charged Euro 50 for not abiding with the check out rules. Such a disappointment after such a lovely stay - if we had known about the rules of course we would have followed them. The hotel should have written instructions visible within the apartment. After contacting the hotel to explain we were told in no uncertain terms that we had broken the rules.

Most central restaurant closed and the other one was not really attractive with bad smell at the entrance. Voucher requested when this is never the case with Expedia bookings. Outsides would need to be refreshed (doors, walls painting). Overall satisfied as we got an attractive rate but I would never pay the full price.

Fantastic location for family

Really nice staff and everything is well thought for kids and parents to enjoy some rest and to play as everything is on site (restaurants, baby and kids' club). The wild river is a fantastic outdoor activity. The local animation is well managed. But it's HOT! So take the apartment with Air Conditioning as we did :)

ardeche short stay

Nice-looking resort but poor service

Bien mais peut mieux faire

Logement propre et confortable.
Pas de ménage à faire en partant.
Beaux espaces aquatiques.
Les moins :
Remise des clefs du logement à 18h30 seulement.
Trop grand trop de monde dans le village.
Pas de climatisation, en Ardèche au mois d'août car le village est "eco responsable ".
Animations très médiocres.
Lit bébé facturé 12€, c'est la première fois que je vois ça.
