Mauvais rapport qualité / Prix

hôtel très bruyant. Notre chambre été située en dessus des aérations. Très mauvaise isolation phonique. ais le petit déjeuner était très correct.

Overall the hotel was nice . Room was clean and front desk was very friendly . The only gripe I have is that housekeeping was going down the hallway at 9:15 am , no where near the check out time of 11:00 am . Housekeeping need to be mindful that some folks may still be asleep . Other than that , hotel is fantastic

The check was delayed by 30 minutes as the credit card reader was not working properly. We were given our room key after a half hour and were still not able to provide a credit card for incidentals. The next morning the housekeeping crew was loud in the hallway and actually woke us up.

The hotel was in good shape , the room was an 8 out of 10 as the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned . This is our second time there and the first time the bathroom had remnants of the prior people so we are hoping our third visit will not have this issue- Respectfully, Jodie O’Keefe

Room service tray was left in hallway for more than 24 hours. Asked staff about it and they didn’t do anything.
