She has a rare gift — she took genuine time with every person she interacted with, never rushing and never delaying, making each guest feel like the most important person in the room. Stephanie truly went above and beyond to take care of my family’s needs, anticipating things before we even asked and doing it all with warmth and grace. That level of care made our stay feel personal, relaxed, and memorable. Incredible hospitality, beautiful property, and exceptional staff. We can’t wait to return.

We had a great one-bedroom suite, that was very clean and well stocked. The lodge is beautiful, with lots of activities & gathering places. I love that there are no TVs—our family played games, used the hots tubs and spa, hung out and read in the cozy common lounge, and made s’mores (provided by the lodge) every night at the firepit. The staff was also very pleasant and helpful. The only complaints are the sofa bed (not comfortable) and the finicky coffee maker in the room. 100%recommend the Rush Creek Lodge!!

I loved the room, I love the staff, and I love the 24 hour hot tub in pool, I did the spa and that was a beautiful experience. I would say hands-down I’m definitely coming back.
