The hotel needs badly to be upgraded. It’s beautiful (especially the gardens), but the premises need to be enhanced. No dedicated lanes for swimmers: too crowded, and - despite the hotel’s rules - people are allowed to wear clothes and drink spirits in the swimming pool. Also, astonishingly, the hotel does not refund you at all if you cancel your reservation (even with a long notice). Just some water trickling in my room’s shower. This hotel is undoubtedly overrated. The staff is wonderful. Excellent location.

the hotel charged me taxes ,I have duo nationality and living in the USA I wasn't not entitled to pay taxes but they charge me any way I stay in many hotels in the country and I never pay taxes so make sure you show American passport or other passport to avoid this

Buen hotel aunque viejo
Publié le 30 déc. 2023 sur HotelsEl hotel es bueno aunque antiguo. Lastimosamente viajaba con bebe y me dieron una habitacion en piso segundo y NO hay elevador. Esperamos el botones pero estaba ocupado con otra familia
La comida estuvo bien aunque algunos empleados no son tan amables como otros.
