One of the best resorts in Guadalajara! It’s located in the center of the shopping mall with plenty of stores and food options. Staff goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable. I’ll definitely be back at this resort.

Very bad water pressure .

The hotel is very nice as well the room, however no pressure at all in the shower , shower decent size , but I have to be against the wall to be able to shower , a little drip out of the shower head .
