This hotel is super near to all areas of Guanajuanto. Museums, fleet market, tourist area,bars restaurants super convenient. I give 3 stars due to the bathroom have an awful smell due to the drainage. I had to leave the balcony doors open because it was pretty strong odor.They provide parking but its far to walk back, you need to get a taxi.

Un hotel fraudulento, ofrecen algo en la página y al llegar es otra, llevaba una hielera y no me dejaron entrar con ella, al decirles que al reservar eso no estaba en las condiciones salieron con que harían la observación, pero se negaron a regresar el dinero de la reservación, y hasta la habitación volvieron a rentar.

Dirty Bedsheets

The bedsheets were not cleaned. I found women hair all over the bedsheets. I asked the front desk about the situation and they took care of it.

Los chicos fueron súper eficientes y amables. Me dejaron una canastita de dulces típicos y una notita de felicitaciones, ya que les mencioné que estaba celebrando mi cumpleaños. La vista desde la terraza fue muy bella y las habitaciones también estuvieron bien. El único detalle fue que el wifi estaba un poco lento, pero en general fue una estación agradable. ¡Muchas gracias!

Rooms do not have a/c so the room are not very cold. I understand that the average temperature at night in GTO is around 48 degrees at night but if you do not have windows good luck. The hotel staff is ok but they did not help to yield a cab on our last day as we needed a ride to the parking. The hotel does not have on-site parking but they do cover the parking that’s about 1.5 miles away (first come first serve). Other than that stay was ok. I will definitely stay elsewhere next time.

Great location. Property kept in good condition. Unfortunately they host large groups of teenagers who hangout in common spaces outside of rooms and are loud all night, right outside your door.

I liked the roof top balcony but i didn't like that there wasn't A/C in the room. Also laundry wasn't available at the hotel and staff couldn't tell me where a neae by laundry was which was very frustrating and stressing out where to wash my clothes at

Bad service, little amenities, highly priced.

Well google has it as a 4-star hotel, other websites have it as a 3-star, but in all honesty, it was more like a 1–2-star hotel. At $124 US Dollars a night, I would expect a lot more. The room was very little & no view. No iron in room you must walk downstairs to get an iron and leave your ID, no cups or glasses in room to drink water, I felt like I was in a hostel and not a hotel. Upon checking out the front desk I asked if I could bring back down the iron? Front desk does not really like getting up or calling housekeeping for simple things.
