It's not even two star
Posted May 12, 2015 on HotelsI was in Galaxy hotel during canton fair 2015. I don't recommend you to go there.Its two star hotel !!! No one speak english !! When I got this hotel was with the mini bar but when I got there was no mini bar inside my room also I couldn't use the breakfast buffet since it was local food !! I finally end up to change my hotel

Posted Mar. 16, 2015 on ExpediaNice size room. My biggest disappointment was the fact that the whole facility smell of cigarette. I had to change room 3 time, but did not help. I was drowning in smoke coming into my room. I thought it was a smoke free hotel.

Posted Aug. 7, 2011 on ExpediaI would recommend for value only the staff ignored me every time i needed something and i had to interrupt them after they ignored me i dreaded going down to ask for anything. When i called up to have my clothes cleaned they hung up on me and then i had to go down to the lobby and was told I had to call. They also need to carry ice very simple request which was hard to get and then was charged for for ice.They also advertised western food and they did not provide that

made all arrangements for pick up and drop to canton fair.
Indians going take tea/coffee/milk/sugar.
Also take hotel name and address printed in chinese language as it is difficult to ask common man or taxi drivers.

Posted Jul. 6, 2009 on ExpediaSam, thanks to you and your team for providing an excellent overall service during my recent stay in Guangzhou. With the bus service, taxi's at the front door and very good food/cafe/retail amenities closeby everything seemed like a "stones throw" away. Am looking forward to my next visit real soon!

가격에 비해 객실이 나쁘지는 않았으나, 전반적으로 프론트 직원이 친절하지 않았습니다. 특히 직원들이 영어를 거의 할줄 몰라 의사 소통에 문제가 있었습니다. 체크인 , 아웃 정도는 할 수 있겠으나 다른 문제가 생기면 의사 소통이 거의 불가능합니다.
