Tenia una habitacion con vista no me gusto las colchas para dormir que estaban en una bolsa tenian mal olor y la cama tenia pelo. Não tivemos uma boa experiência. Os dias que seriam de descanso, se tornaram cansativos e decepcionantes. Os aposentos não tinham uma higiene adequada. A manutenção da suíte, deixou a desejar. Registro do chuveiro não permitia regular a saída de água. Depois, o registro da água fria, soltou totalmente. Até houve atendimento para a solução dos problemas, porém, consideramos que os mesmos poderiam ter sido evitados. A manutenção do hotel, como um todo, consideramos precária. Escadaria empoeirada. Mesas de jogos danificadas. Ao jogar sinuca com a esposa, caiu uma bola na "caçapa" que estava furada. Como eu estava de chinelos, atingiu em cheio o meu dedão do pé, que ainda dói. Sem álcool gel, na sala de jogos. Faltava sabonete no banheiro da piscina. A porta do banheiro da piscina interna, sem condições de fechar, pois estava sem fechadura e raspando no piso. Enfim, ficamos decepcionados.

Na nossa estadia, faltava muita agua para higiene nos Banheiros (descargas não tinha agua) e quando choveu alagou o corredor do 2º andar, problemas no telhado. No Mais os funcionários são muito profissionais e o hotel em geral é bom, possui boa estrutura.
