Very glitzy lobby but the room smelled like damp, had rubbish in the bins and there was hair on the tiles in the bathroom. When I asked at reception the staff just shrugged and didn't even apologise. The walls are also very thin so you can hear couples arguing in the rooms nextdoor.Terribly overpriced for what it offers.

I made two distinct reservations through Expedia for separate days and under different names, but the system erroneously combined them for the same day. When I sought assistance from the reservations manager, Graciela Moino, I was met with indifference. She casually shifted the blame to Expedia, asserting that they couldn’t do anything to help me. To add to my frustration, the hotel facilities resembled those of a rundown motel. The carpeting in the hallways was grimy, the elevator was equally unkempt, and the service was nothing short of dreadful. Save yourself the trouble and don't waste your hard-earned money at this hotel!

The staff at the front desk were not as corteous as expected. The room was nice; both bed and pillows were very comfortable. We stayed at the Excecutive Floor. They offer snacks and coffee, which was a very nice touch. We enjoyed the pastries and the coffee was delicious. Our rate included breakfast which was delicious and hearty.
